Shipping Information
We use DHL as our main shipping service provider. You can also have your order delivered to a Packstation or post office. To do this, you will need a valid postal number or DHL customer number, which you can apply for at www.dhl.de.
Shipping time
Our shipping processes are carried out Monday to Friday. Please note that the cut-off time for orders is 12:00.
Our primary goal is to ensure the best possible quality. We do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, items are in stock and ready to ship immediately. However, in some cases, it may take up to 5 working days to complete (maximum processing time).

ORDER STATUS
If you have a customer account with us, you can log in to our website and view the current status of your order under "My Orders". This will show you whether your order is still being processed, has been packed or is ready for dispatch.
If you have ordered without a customer account, you can check the order status via the link in your order confirmation email. Simply click and you will receive the latest information about your order.
Our goal is to make the entire process as transparent as possible for you. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipment tracking
After your order has been processed, you will automatically receive the tracking number by email. You can use this number to view the current delivery status online on the website of the respective shipping service provider.
If you have agreed to the transfer of your e-mail address to the shipping service provider when completing the order, you will also receive a shipping notification and status information on the delivery of your shipment directly from the selected shipping service provider.
For international deliveries within the European Union, we recommend that you provide a telephone number. For freight forwarding deliveries, you must provide a telephone number in order to coordinate a delivery date with the shipping service provider.
